Returns


Returns may be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.


Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.


Return requests must be submitted along with photos and order details for review and approval.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and packaging condition. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or suitable resolution.
Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


Delivery charges, assembly fees, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Beauty Home Gallery.


Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be possible depending on stock availability and product condition. Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or altered items after delivery

Return Shipping & Collection
For approved returns, our team will coordinate the item collection where applicable. Return transportation or collection fees may apply depending on the reason for the return and the customer’s location.
